Joy Shen
Research assistant
Joy Shen is a research assistant at CBC. She helps coordinate routine program evaluations and research studies within CBC in order to track the effectiveness of treatment programs and ensure quality of care for patients at CBC. Joy earned her B.S. in Applied Psychology from NYU and is pursuing her Psy.D. from Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, where she hopes to continue her work answering important questions in psychological research and school-based mental health and train to become a clinician. Prior to joining CBC, Joy has had experience in research fields with infant development, assessment-based care and working with children.
